1) How long do you take to process orders? 

As we are a very very small team, orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 Business Days. A tracking number and a dispatch email will be issued once your order has shipped, please check your spam and junk mail.  

2) How can I contact you?

Visit the ‘Contact Us’ tab on the main menu and leave your questions or inquiries in the box. We will get back to you within 3-5 Business Days.

3) Where are my orders shipped from? 
We are based in the United Kingdom and Singapore
Some products may ship from either the UK/Singapore, such as TipBeautyLA nails, certain pins and stickers and Ethereal Orbs Oracle Deck. 

Free shipping on some products are available within the UK and Singapore. 
If you're purchasing different products, parcels may be shipped separately. 

4) Where is my parcel, and how long will it take to arrive?
Due to the current global COVID-19 pandemic, delivery estimates cannot be given as a result of postal services disruptions worldwide, governmental regulations, custom delays and social distancing measures.

International deliveries via normal mail are subject to longer waiting times and delays and may take up to 31 business days (in the worst case scenario) to arrive. 

Please be considerate and understand that this is an exceptional and unprecedented time in our economy and society, and there’s nothing we can do.

Many parcels are also missing scans at their respective national delivery facilities, as postal workers are instructed to observe social distancing. 

Hence, a parcel may seem like it's stuck on your tracking, but in reality it is being taken care of and processed by the postal workers. 

International Parcels may take up to a month to arrive, unless you have opted for expedited delivery via UPS/DHL.

Please note that we are not responsible or liable for potential custom import taxes or delivery delays.

Contact your local postal office or national carrier for more details of your parcel. 

5) Can I buy in bulk? 

Yes! You absolutely can. Many of our bulk customers shop with us regularly at a discounted rate. We highly recommend utilising UPS/DHL expedited deliveries for a safer option. 

This ensures that your parcel is well taken care of and is guaranteed to be delivered within 3-5 working days, without hassle or normal mail delays. 

In some cases, these parcels may require a signature upon delivery. 

We recommend emailing us a list of products that you'd like to buy or through the contact form on our site, so we can calculate the exact shipping costs for you! :)

 6) How can I become a brand ambassador
We’d love to welcome you to the Dolcé Doll Family! 
We often send free products to our Dolls for reviews and promos. 
To expedite the process, email sales@thedolcedoll.com as our IG DMs are often flooded.
