1. What are your processing times?
Our current processing times (excluding shipping/delivery) is 3-5 BUSINESS days from your purchase, though most of the time, this may be much sooner, unless explicitly informed or stated.
2. Which courier do you ship with?
We ship using Royal Mail for products sent from the UK, and Singapore Post for products sent from Singapore. For expedited shipping, we use UPS Worldwide Saver (Guaranteed).
3. How long are shipping/delivery times within the UK?
Pretty quick! Royal Mail usually delivers parcels within 2-3 days from posting, provided there aren’t delays engendered by COVID-19.
4. How long are international delivery times?
Anywhere from 7 to 14 BUSINESS days, although this can sometimes take longer due to COVID-19 (I know! We hate it just as much as you do)
5. Will I have to pay customs fees?
This unfortunately very much depends on your destination country and their respective rules and regulations. We have no control and hold no responsibility over fees charged by customs. All shoppers are fully responsible for customs fees.
It will be beneficial to familiarise yourselves with your custom’s duty and regulations.
For bulk orders, customs charges may be inevitable. But if your order is small, then there will likely be no fees involved, though again this depends on your country’s customs.
6. Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, please make sure you select the tracking option when you check out!
Royal Mail *STANDARD* doesn’t come with a tracking number.
Your tracking number will be sent along with a shipping confirmation email.
Please keep an eye on this email and a close look on your tracking so you’re keeping up to date with your parcel whereabouts.

7. How long do emails or inquiries get answered?
1-3 Business Days! If you haven’t gotten a reply by this timeframe, ping us again! (As we receive a plethora of emails in our inbox daily)
Remember, you get the same energy you put out.
PLEASE DO NOT DM US ON INSTAGRAM. DMs on INSTAGRAM WILL NOT BE ANSWERED. (We get waaaay too much spam there)
7. Do you do refunds/exchanges?
All items are returnable EXCEPT for jewelry and accessories, as long as they are returned within 7 days.
Jewelry and accessories are NON-RETURNABLE due to hygiene purposes.
If you’d like to initiate a return, shoot us an email at email@example.com or pop an inquiry through the ‘Contact Us’ section on our webpage. Make sure you include your order number and name so we can identify you.
You’re fully responsible for the costs of return postage UNLESS we’ve sent an incorrect or a faulty product to you, in which case, refunds will be issued.
Returned items should be in its’ intact and original condition. Any damages will be held liable to you, the consumer.
Please ensure that you return your items through tracked postage.
Refunds will NOT be issued if your parcel is ‘late’ or ‘stuck in customs’, as delays within the postal system and engendered by external circumstances such as the pandemic are completely out of our scope of control.
8. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! Except for Ireland ☹️ Please click on the link to find out more about shipping constraints faced by AN Post, Royal Mail Irish’s shipping partner.
TLDR: An Post has been notoriously responsible for an onslaught of missing packages and has been disproportionately blaming it on Irish customs. This shenanigans has recently dominated headlines and has affected many.
To avoid the stress and hassle, we’ve temporarily ceased all shipments to Ireland until further notice.
9. What products are shipped from the UK?
A selected number of our decks are shipped from the UK, whilst the rest are shipped from Singapore. The list is available on our ‘Decks’ collection page.
All accessories, jewelry and the like are all shipped from the UK.
10. Help! I think my parcel is lost! What do I do now?
Please give time for your parcel to arrive to your destination, especially during peak seasons such as New Years Eve and Christmas! This is usually exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic where postal services are reducing their manpower in order to implement social distancing and isolation measures.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 22 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends), please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number or pop us an inquiry over at the ‘Contact Us’ section on our webpage.
11. The product I want is out of stock. Can I receive notifications when they’re back in stock?
Of course! Simply add your email to the notifications list - this will appear under product pages where the products are out of stock.
You’ll then receive an email once the product is back in stock.

16. How do I become a brand ambassador?
Anyone can be a brand ambassador as long as they’re continuously invested and interested in upholding a good rapport with us and a polished image of Look Dollicious. 🤍✨
As a brand ambassador, you’ll have your own unique discount code to refer people to our brand. You will be primarily responsible for driving traffic to our website.
Anyone who uses your discount code will be able to purchase products at a discounted rate, and each referral will earn you a 5% commission of each sale.
