Look Dollicious has formulated our own Terms and Conditions, also known as store guidelines to streamline your shopping experience and to uphold important boundaries between our shoppers and ourselves. 
It is vital that all our customers and prospective shoppers have familiarised themselves with this list before purchasing from 
Failure to comply with these policies will result in a permanent ban on all our sites. 

You will be asked to tick the Terms and Conditions box during checkout. 
Once ticked, you agree to fully and legally abide by these policies.


• All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 Business Days. (excluding weekends and public holidays)


• International Deliveries are fully tracked, with a tracking number issued upon dispatch as your shipping notification. 
- We recommend our customers to keep their tracking number for reference to locate their parcel with ease.  

• Some items may be shipped separately, so your order may arrive in two separate parcels instead of one. 

• Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, international deliveries may be substantially delayed due to changes in governmental regulations, lockdown notices, and postal services constraints, which are entirely out of your breadth of control. 
We ask for your continued patience and co-operation during this time of inconvenience and difficulty. 

- If you have not received your parcel in more than 28 working days, please email us at or contact us through our website on our contact form, delineating your order number and name. 

- Once we have received your inquiry, we will then launch an inquiry to the postal service to locate where your parcel might be. 
- Please note that postal services’ investigations may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to respond. 


• Delivery delays engendered by your governing authorities or customs are out of our scope of control. 

• A parcel may be held by customs for customs checks and security at any time until further notice. 

• Duties and Taxes may also be applied by customs where appropriate. 
• Customers are fully responsible for the payment of Customs Duties and Taxes fee. Failure to make a payment may result in further delivery delays or having your parcel mailed back to us. 

- Should this occur to you, you agree to hold Look Dollicious unaccountable for any action taken by your governing authorities or customs. 
- By ticking the Terms and Conditions box, you fully acknowledge that actions or decisions undertaken by your governing customs body are out of Look Dollicious’s scope of control. 


BREXIT (EU Exit Policy) was the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union on the 31st of January 2020. 

This has generated various changes to rules and legislations, fees and taxes such as Customs Fees and VAT, which has impacted many businesses across the UK. 

As a result, items shipped from our UK warehouse to the EU may risk stringent border controls, customs checks and regulations as well as increased duties and taxes fee. 

You acknowledge that the result of BREXIT is out of Look Dollicious’s control and any decisions or fees taken by customs will be your responsibility to comply.  


• Cancellations are only valid within the first 12 hours of your transaction. 
- All sales are final once the first 12 hours have elapsed. 

• Refunds are only allowed under strict conditions, such as if a product has been damaged due to unprecedented shipping circumstances (please email us at with pictures) or if you have formally contacted us for a return within 30 business days. 

• A refund on the product amount will be issued, excluding shipping costs. 

• To qualify for refunds for your return parcel, please ensure that the product is in its’ original and intact condition, and is unused before posting it back. 
• Returns are eligible within 30 business days. 
- When posting your package back, please ensure that you’re sending to our provided address using tracked or registered mail. 
- Buyers are responsible for the entirety of shipping costs for returns. 
- A refund will be issued once we have ascertained that the returned product is in its’ immaculate quality.

• Please note that accessories and jewelry are NON-RETURNABLE due to hygiene reasons. 

Please note that refunds will only be issued on the product amount, EXCLUDING the shipping costs.


Look Dollicious will NOT be held liable or responsible for the actions of postal services or delays engendered by governmental regulations or customs. 

• Look Dollicious reserves the right to decline, refuse or limit any transactions at our own discretion, without prior caveat or reason.
